A bit late in the day, BUT a Maternity Monday post all the same!

Maternity Portraits are definitely one of my favorite sessions. Each and every time. It's so exciting capturing a beautiful mama and an excited dad.

Being a Maternity Photographer in Jacksonville, FL I have grown accustomed to our many parks and beautiful beaches. But when asked to do a traveling Maternity portrait session in Hickory, NC I was not sure where to go!

When I described a location that would work, my Rebecca & David knew just the park. And even though our first night was rained out, we made it, in between storms, to capture flowers, streams (with no alligators) and a beautiful bridge all at the same park.

I would LOVE to have a park like that near me, though every photographer in Jacksonville would use it too I am sure. :-)
